What our minimum $20,000 claim pays out, after our fee and the attorney's cut, split 50/50
$20,000 claim × 30% our fee = $6,000 − 25% attorney fee = $4,500 → 50/50 split = $2,250 to agent.
Real agent closings — one agent, one month
Our fee is negotiated per case — mostly around 30%, these two ran 30% and 10%. The attorney's standard 25% comes out of that fee, and what's left splits 50/50 with the agent.
